This is a really bright apartment that has been thoughfully designed to make the most of the space available. The apartment is on the second floor, but please note there is no lift in the building. Facilitis include:

- Outdoor parking is limited and only available on a first come first served basis. We recommend that you book covered parking for your holiday in the nearby Face de Bellevarde car park.
Location
La Balme is on a quiet road less than 150m to the main snowfront where you will find lifts to the Bellvarde and solaise sectors, ski school meeting points and piste-side restaurants.
The shops,bars and restaurants of the main village are about a 5 minute walk.
The sports centre and swimming pool and covered parking are about 100m away on the same road.
Bedrooms
Bedroom 1 - Double with sink in corner of the room
Bedroom 2 - Large room with 3 singles and a pull out bed - would be ideal for children who want to share together.
Bedroom 3 - Double with bed agaist wall on one side
Bedroom 4 - Small single (no window)
Shared bathroom 1 - Shower with sink and WC.
Shared bathroom 2 - Bath with glass panel and shower attachment, sink, WC and heated towel rail.
Additional shower - the owner has added an extra shower just off the hallway (Please note, this is not a shower room, you enter the shower directly through the door from the corridor)
Catering
Bed & Breakfast: Breakfast on 6 mornings (continental including cereals and pastries plus eggs and bacon) with a daily clean (6 mornings, chalet host day off Thursday). Beds made for arrival, Clarins toiletries and a starter kit with condiments, olive oil and basic washing up supplies is included.
Self Catered : This property can also be offered on a Self Catered basis with Beds made for arrival and a starter kit with condiments, olive oil and basic washing up supplies is included.
Part Catered : This property can also be offered as Part catered offering flexibility during your stay. This includes:
3 evening meals with starter, main, dessert, coffee, chocolates and wine (based on half a bottle per person per night). Menus are sent out prior to arrival. You can nominate in advance of your stay the 3 evenings that you would like to be catered for.
Mid week towel and bath mat change

The price is per week and includes linen, resort taxes, beds made ready for arrival, daily and cleaning on departure. Own Transport. Sunday - Sunday.
