Facilities
On entry you will find plenty of cupboard storage for coats with shelves for gloves and hats and a mat for outdoor shoes. Ski boots live in the boot room downstairs.
The living/dining/kitchen are open plan. The kitchen is equipped with a 4 ring electric hob, normal sized oven (not microwave size), large fridge (no freezer), dishwasher, kettle, toaster and the bonus of a washer/dryer (all in one machine). The dining table sits just in front of the kitchen with 6-8 seats and the balcony faces West, which can be accessed from the dining or living end of the room.
The apartment is equipped with Internet TV and WiFi.
Location
Melezes is a smart residence, only a few minutes walk from the centre of town and Solaise & Olympique cable cars.
Bedrooms
Bedroom 1 - The beds are 2 x singles that can be a double by pushing together and using a double duvet. Storage comprises a set of drawers and 1 fitted wardrobe, ample for a couple. The en-suite bathroom has a full size bath with glass panel and wall mounted shower, sink with vanity unit for storage (no WC).
Bedroom 2 - This is a twin room with a chest of drawers and again, a built in wardrobe. This bedroom has the use of a separate shower room with sink and heated towel rail directly opposite the room.
The separate WC is located at the end of the corridor, around the corner so it feels quite private to the rest of the apartment.
Self Catering
Beds made for arrival and a starter kit including condiments, olive oil and basic washing up supplies is included.
B&B : This property can also be offered on a B&B basis with a daily clean (6 mornings, chalet host day off Thursday).
Part Catered : This property can also be offered as Part catered offering flexibility during your stay. This includes:
3 evening meals with starter, main, dessert, coffee, chocolates and wine (based on half a bottle per person per night). Menus are sent out prior to arrival. You can nominate in advance of your stay the 3 evenings that you would like to be catered for.
